Scotty #470 Rocket Launcher Bottom Pivot Rod Holder is a fully adjustable rod holder with over 9" of stainless steel jacketed composite construction, accommodating all rods. Rocket Launchers swivel 360 degrees, tilt up and down, including upright for rod storage when travelling. The #470 includes the #241L Locking Push Button Combination Side/Deck Mount. To use this new Scotty "lock-down" mount system, simply choose the best direction to fish from and insert the rod holder or accessory, pushing the post straight down into the mount. This can be mounted on top, or side of gunnel. Rocket Launcher Interior Diameter: 1.70". Mounting Dimensions: 4" x 2" x 2". Bolting Dimensions: 1-5/16" x 3-3/16".
